Yoga Postures
Yoga has become increasingly popular in the West as a means of helping the body to be at its best. The postures not only develop strength and flexibility for the musculoskeletal system, but also promote balance in the nervous system, as well as healthy digestion and glandular function. MC encourages self-care utilizing this ancient system of body-maintenance, and may offer yoga postures as a way of continuing the positive effects of bodywork.
MC is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
