MC Kunz, CMT, CTP, RYT, NBC-HWC

has been trained in a variety of bodywork modalities from both East and West, and primarily utilizes:

Massage
Involves the use of gliding, pushing, or percussive strokes on the muscles and related tissues to increase circulation, release adhesions, relieve pain and promote relaxation. There are several forms of Western massage in which MC has been trained, including Swedish, Esalen, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy.

TRAGER® Psychophysical Integration
A gentle form of movement re-education utilizing natural movements within the pain-free range of motion. Through the nervous system, the body and mind are passively coaxed into patterns of greater ease, resulting in deeper relaxation, freedom in movement and thinking, and overall sense of well-being.

CranioSacral Therapy
Uses light touch to release restrictions in the protective structures surrounding the brain and spinal cord.  These restrictions may cause physical, psychological or emotional dysfunction such as headaches and other types of chronic pain, attention and learning disabilities, depression, anxiety and other issues impacted by the central nervous system.
